Goals for the District/Questions and Answers for the Superintendent
Dr. Ron Hargrave began his tenure as Superintendent of Scotland County Schools on June 1, 2014. One of his first missions was to meet with administration and staff from each school and department. During these meetings, Dr. Hargrave was able to gain feedback from employees as to what they believed his, and our districtís primary goals should be for this next school year. Staff were also able to anonymously pose questions to Dr. Hargrave as well.
Dr. Hargrave worked with the Teacher of the Year representatives from each of the schools to arrange the goals into common themes and prioritize the questions. Click here for the presentation of the goals set forth for the 2014-15 school year and the questions and the answers to the questions asked by district staff.
